How ordering works

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights or authorization to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, slogans, names, or other designs submitted for production. By placing an order with CHW Design, you confirm that you own or have permission to use all submitted artwork. CHW Design is not responsible for any trademark or copyright disputes that may arise from customer-provided designs.

Estimated delivery dates are based on standard production schedules and shipping carrier transit times. While we strive to meet every estimated delivery date, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. CHW Design cannot guarantee delivery dates impacted by these external factors.

Due to the manufacturing process, a production variance of up to 3% over or under the ordered quantity may occur and is considered an acceptable industry standard.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details, including artwork, product selections, colors, sizing, spelling, and customization options before approving production. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

All products are manufactured according to the specifications provided by the customer. CHW Design is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted during the ordering process, including artwork, text, colors, sizing, web addresses, or other customization details.

Because all products are custom made, orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by CHW Design. If an issue is identified, please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the situation.

Once production has begun, cancellation requests may be subject to charges based on the work already completed. Depending on the production stage, cancellation fees may be up to 50% of the total order value.
