This Privacy Policy explains how CHW Design collects, uses, and protects information when you use our apparel design studio, configurator, AI-assisted design tools, and saved-project features.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your email address and authentication details, project information you choose to save, uploaded logos or reference images, generated mockup settings, product choices, export activity, and basic usage events that help us operate and improve the service.
How we use information
We use your information to provide the design studio, save and reopen projects, process exports, operate AI features, secure the platform, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and understand product usage at an aggregate level.
AI and uploaded assets
If you use AI features, prompts, selected product data, color choices, logo placement zones, and optional reference images may be sent to AI providers to generate design suggestions or logo assets. Do not upload confidential, unlawful, or third-party content unless you have the rights to use it.
Storage and retention
Unsaved configurator progress may live only in your browser. Authenticated saved projects and related assets are stored so you can access them later. When you delete a saved project, we remove the project and make a best-effort attempt to remove related stored assets.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with infrastructure, authentication, storage, analytics, billing, and AI service providers only as needed to run CHW Design. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Your choices
You can choose not to save a mockup, delete saved projects, update account settings, or contact us about privacy requests. Some records may be retained when necessary for security, legal, billing, or operational reasons.
